I have been going over some pics i did last year during the late summer and i found pics i wish to share. My fiance and i went to the Micke Grove Zoo and was slightly disappointed. We payed our fees to go inside and half of the exhibits are closed down. There were not that many animals in the enclosures and most looked like there were in poor repair.if i was to pick a number from 1 to 10, I would give it a 5. The zoo good place to give kids an idea what a zoo is like, but if you want to see more animals, pay a little extra and go to the Sacramento Zoo. On the other hand, the Japanese and rose garden is very pretty. During spring through fall months the variety of flowers and plants in the Japanese garden is very beautiful. I recommend going to the gardens themselves.
